Karine grew up in New Brunswick's Acadian Peninsula. Prior to her legal education, she worked for the better part of a decade in the restaurant industry in Edmonton. Karine obtained both a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. In her time at the College of Law, she gained practical legal experience through a judicial internship and through volunteer work, developing skills in legal research and writing. A native French speaker from birth, Karine is bilingual. Karine is currently completing her articles at Cooper Regel LLP, where she is acquiring practical experience across a diverse range of practice areas. Outside of the office, Karine enjoys spending time with her dog, swimming, playing cards, and taking road trips across the country.
